Shipping Policies

- Please allow 1-14 days for processing orders. After that, please allow up to 1-7 days for shipping. Pre-orders will have different processing times, which may take up to 3-8 weeks for your package to arrive. If you are outside of the US, International shipping will have a different shipping time which can take up to 4-5 weeks. Packages may be delayed due to COVID-19 and the Holiday Season.

- Please note that after packages are dropped off at the post office, The Coquette Bunny Shop is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.

- If there is any confusion with your package, please call USPS first. If you have any other further questions, email us: thecoquettebunnyshop@gmail.com

- Please insert your correct address at checkout. If you put in the wrong address, email us ASAP after you confirmed the order. If you do not put in the correct address, the package will be sent back to me. You will then have to send another shipping payment.

- Please note that we are not responsible for any allergies regarding any of our products. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the material or ingredient upon a product, please contact us via email: thecoquettebunnyshop@gmail.com

- If your package has been lost in the USPS system, or if your package has been marked as “delivered” and you haven’t received your package yet, please contact USPS about it and you may file a claim.

- Last but not least, NO REFUNDS. All sales are final after you purchased from checkout.

- After the customer has submitted their order, they agree to all the terms and conditions with The Coquette Bunny Shop.
